These terms and conditions govern your use of the North Yorkshire Surfacing website and any services provided by us. By using this website or commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

North Yorkshire Surfacing provides tarmac surfacing services including driveway installation, car park surfacing, road construction, and repairs across North Yorkshire. All services are subject to a written quotation accepted by you before work begins.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote is not a binding contract until it has been accepted in writing by you and confirmed by us.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out in your written quotation. We reserve the right to require a deposit before work commences. Final payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee on all new surfacing work. This covers defects arising from our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, vehicle fluids, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
